Delivery

All orders within Australia are sent using Australia Post.

Shipping Costs

Curtis Collection By Victoria is pleased to offer a $10* Flat Shipping Rate within Australia. *These rates may vary for wholesale orders.

Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders may take up to 48 hours to process and ship from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public Holiday will not begin processing until the following business day.

Delivery may take up to 10 working days, depending on the location of your shipping address. If Curtis Collection By Victoria is unable to deliver to the requested area, our Customer Service will contact you to re-arrange an alternative delivery address.

To avoid delays in receiving your order, Curtis Collection By Victoria recommends that you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it between 9 am and 5 pm.

PO Box addresses will not be accepted. Curtis Collection By Victoria will not be liable for packages sent to PO Box addresses as all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping to multiple addresses

Each order you place can be shipped to a single address. If you, or your company, require orders to be sent to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order per address.
